Basement Waterproofing

Our teams will repair the damage and then apply heavy gauge lath and a high quality resurfacing mix to both correct the damage as well as provide a fresh look.
1. SUMP PUMPS
We can install a new sump pump, provide a battery back up sump or install a new basket for your sump pump, depending on the issue you are seeing. Sump pumps provide a place to collect excess water and then drain it outside.
2. INTERIOR DRAIN TILES
Our team will break up the concrete floor and dig down to the base of the foundation and drill a relief hole at the footing. We will install a perforated PVC pipe, supported by washed rock and covered by heavy vinyl sheeting to provide a moisture barrier. Finally, our team will replace the concrete floor, refinishing it over the new drainage system.
Exterior Waterproofing
We can also regrade your yard to redirect the water away from your house, install french drains to collect the water or install a yard drain tile with filter fabric to correct problems outdoors.
